People have been trying to fly since the beginning of time. Watching as birds flew overhead and dreaming that someday we would be able to share the skies. In 1783 the first hot air balloon rose to the sky. The Montgolfier brothers of France have been credited with this first flight. Since then the technology behind flight has changed the way we travel. From hot air balloons to supersonic jets we have made leaps and bounds in advance since the early days.
